At Runyucase, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

 

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return for a refund or exchange. 

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Unused product in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags intact
  • Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

 

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin the return process, please adhere to the following steps:

1. Within 30 days of receiving your product, please send an email to support@runycase.com. In your communication, ensure you include your order number, the specific reason for the return, and attach clear images of the product.
2. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly review your request upon receipt of your email.
3.If your return request aligns with the criteria outlined in our policy, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
4. Kindly print the received return label and affix it securely to your return package.
5. Please deliver the package to your local postal service or the designated shipping carrier for its return journey.

Return method:

Send By Mail

Once your product is shipped back to our return address, please send the correct tracking number to  support@runycase.com. 

 

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:

Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect, Runycase will bear the full responsibility for all return and reshipment shipping costs.
Customer Preference or Error: If the return is necessitated by reasons such as personal dissatisfaction or an incorrect order placed by the customer (without prior communication for modification), the customer will be responsible for the expenses associated with returning the item.

 

Refund Processing:

Upon the successful receipt and thorough inspection of your returned product, we will proceed with the processing of your refund without delay. You can anticipate receiving your refund within approximately 5 days from the date we confirm receipt of the returned item. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase. 

 

No Restocking Fee:

Runycase does not impose any restocking fees on returned items.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. You may also contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@runycase.com

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Cancellation:
You can cancel your order before your item is shipped ,Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it is has not been shipped.
