Free Shipping:

 local postal services depending on the destination country.

 

Order Cut-Off Time:

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Delivery Time:

Our shipping process is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time. 

 

Handling Time: 

All products require a production process. Therefore, our handling time is typically between 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

 

Transit Time: 

Once your order is ready and has left our warehouse, The following is the estimated arrival time of the package (Monday to Friday).

Shipping times vary based on the delivery location. Here are our estimates:

United States: 3-7 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days

Europe (EU & Non-EU): 7-14 business days

Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

 


Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us at support@runycase.com with your order number and "Order Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

If your request is received within the 24-hour window and your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for shipment or after the 24-hour window has passed.

 


Incorrect Shipping Address or Product Ordered:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and product details provided are correct at the time of order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address or the items ordered, please contact us immediately at support@runycase.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to make corrections if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

 

Unforeseen Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, Runycase is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control. Such factors may include, but are not limited to:

Customs inspections and clearance procedures

Severe weather conditions

Natural disasters

Postal service strikes or disruptions

Public holidays in transit or destination countries

Other force majeure events

These unforeseen delays are not included in the estimated delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country's customs authorities.
